Delivery information

DELIVERY :
Your order is treated in the 2 working days (from Monday to Friday) from the reception of the order and the acceptance of the payment. Your parcel is prepared in our shop with the greatest care in order to guarantee the routing and the delivery of your order in a perfect state.

Delivery in metropolitan France :
The parcels are sent in follow-up colissimo for France. The delivery periods for the metropolitan France are in general of 48 hours after the sending of your order.

The delivery of the ordered products is made to the buyer’s residence or at another address given at the time of the order.Les colis sont expédiés en Colissimo Suivi pour la France.

Delivery abroad

The orders are dispatched by priority postal parcel.
The countries that we commit ourselves to delivering are: Italy, Germany, Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands, United Kingdom, Luxembourg, and Switzerland.
The delivery periods are from 3 to 9 days depending of the destination, after the sending of the order.
The sendings in postal parcel are given to the recipient for signature.
In case of no-delivery, the parcel is turned over to the shipper (paying service) or sent back to the recipient at another address or treated as abandoned according to choice made by the shipper on the bundle of forwarding.
